Good name, nice label. From a brown pony bottle. Off creamy metallic malt aroma, but in a good way. Looks like flat pale lager. Strong and old tasting lager. Yes, this is what we call old ’ice’ beer, heheh. You know like macro ice? Tho looks flat, has some palalte sizzle. No date code visible. Not real excited.
2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 BVery (2600) - Burnsville, Minnesota, USA - MAY 31, 2012
Bottle from Blue Max in Burnsville, MN. Mostly clear deep yellow color with a small soapy white head. Nose is kind of a metallic Cherrios. Palate is okay. Taste is malt and grain, some candied sugar.

8.45 oz. bottle. Pours amber gold with a creamy white head and lots of tiny bubbles. Very sweet fruity malt aroma hints at bubblegum. Sweet malty flavor, reminiscent of lemon and tangerine. Some hops in finish but the fruity malt dominates. Lacks complexity, but certainly drinkable.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Slipstream (1555) - USA - MAY 27, 2012
Sold in small bottles - why? Sweet, malty aroma. Light amber pour with a thin head. It tastes modestly sweet, malty, and a touch metallic. Fairly standard dark Eurolager. Meteor Blanche is better imo.

Blah. Aroma was actually nice. Big sweet malty aroma. Roasted caramel. Pour was a flat clear dark gold with no bubbles or head. Taste was a big let down from the aroma. The sweet caramel malt flavor hits the tongue instantly, then disappears an turns flavorless. No aftertaste or lingering flavors. Amazing. Not as offensive as this style usually is which is it’s only good point. Decent carbonation.

sweet candied malt flavor. moderate smooth golden feel to the body because of a caramel and honey vanilla sweetness. some broomstraw and a hint of tingle midpalate to notify you they know what is missing in this beer, and they want it that way. a good brew for what it is. a kind of oat cookie to the flavor.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 bhensonb (7598) - Woodland, California, USA - JAN 1, 2012
Bottle from Paula. Pours gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is bready with just a bare hint of hop. It is rather sweet - suggests a touch of honey - a bit bready, and the bitter is rather low key. Bitter builds a bit along the way, but ...
