Pours a clear amber color with a light tan head. Smell is light caramel malt, fruit. Taste is sweet up front with the previously mentioned flavors ending sweet and a little dry. Medium body with course and active carbonation. Not a particularly good beer.

Beer of the month selection. Pour this into the disposal. Carbonated black licorice. Nasty stuff. I did not like this. Nauseating. Strong sweet upfront and then black licorice. Gross. Nasty.

Not sure why this beer seems to be so unpopular with other reviewers. Pours a beautiful, incredibly clear orange color with a finger of foam that is retained for a while. Pleasant aroma of burnt sugar and honey. Doesn't taste as good a or looks or smells, but still good. A little syrupy, with caramel, spice and a hint of alcohol on the finish.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a mostly clear, darker golden with a minimal off white head. The aroma is kind of sweet and contains mainly yeast and caramel, along with softer impressions of apple and orange. The taste is pretty boring. I only find bread and caramel with a very faint tart. There is minimal aftertaste. Medium in body with with a thick texture. The mouthful feels flat. I wouldn’t recommend this.

On tap in resto in Cancale, Bretagne. Golden body with slight head. Nose is malty, yeasty. Taste malty, sweet, spicy. A tad dull. Slight bitter in the finish. Okay.

J’e suis fice unique. Smell is quite crisp, hints of lod lager in dare. Taste is a little rude from the start, not well mannered. From a small 250 mL bottle. Yes, session is a little difficult for a lager lover. Tastes like an old bottle, but perhaps this is the personality of the brew. Was expecting something a little more refined. Finish is difficult. Not sure if there was any significant co2 in this brew.

Disappointing. Oragen syrup aroma. Maltiness, sweet. Weak flavour. Not a great beverage.

Abbey bier with taste but quite dry that gives it a blander character. Light golden with no head.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Very clear body, white lace and golden appearance. Very standard stuff. Very clean yeast aroma, some light malts, very boring. Taste is fizzy, some light bitterness, very dimmed down taste. Refreshing, luckily, so at least that’s good. Really hard to write anything interesting about this. As standard as can be. (On tap at a bar in Dinan)
