(Draught) Sampler at the brewpub on June 4, 2010. Light yellow, highly carbonated. Fruity tart apple front in the aroma. Nice balance, decent carbonation and meaty pulp through the mid-palate. Finishes crisp. Very good.

8/20/2007: Methow Valley Hard Apple Cider is a cloudy straw color with a tinge of orange color to it. Fresh apples/homemade applesauce fill the aroma. The flavor is mildly sweet with lots of apple crisp taste, some floral notes, and a touch of alcohol. This medium-bodied cider is quite smooth and scrumpalicious!

Scrumpadelic appearance - all grey and cloudy. Tart, appley flavour and aroma. Light body and a bit of alcohol late. Soft, simple and refreshing.
