Bottled at the brewpub. Hazy amber, small head. Concentrated aroma with nuts and grains. Dryish, dense and grainy with medium-full body, Complex flavour with almonds, chestnuts ans mustard seed spicyness. Marked bitter finish. A well balanced, laid back and very elegant beer.

Bottle. Deep amber pour. Right head with some sweet sticky malt. A touch of toffee and fruit. Overly sweet and a touch fruity. Apple and pear. A touch of sticky sweetness. Meh - it lacks finesse. Comes across a bit too fruity and sweet.

@ brewpub. Warm hazy red-orange. Wonderful aroma with nuanced, pleasant phenols, an excellent palate with perfect Belgian light effervescence. Not a particularly analytical beer, flavor-wise, just has great solid, fruity but dry, really good flavors and high drinkability. Really well-made, great beer-love it!

Cloudy tan. Fruity, woody aroma with light phenols and alcohol. Interesting. Dry, slightly nutty with vague earthy notes along with orangey esters.
