COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
If malt and hops are the two poles of brewing, this beer is the gently spinning sweet spot between them. First, you’ll notice the spicy aromas of Perle and Hallertau hops. Then - wipe the foam off the tip of your nose - dive into the toasty flavors of Vienna and Munich malts. Dynamo starts strong and finishes crisp and smooth. The balanced flavors, aromas, and even the coppery-red tones of this beer go great with everything. Fear no pairing. The best time to enjoy Dynamo is when you’re thirsty. Dynamo Copper Lager goes great with pizza, neighborhood block parties, spring rolls, first dates, football games, whiskey, tapas, the Sunday newspaper, late-night burritos, veggie omelets, business lunches, grilled mushrooms, pretzels, political debate, corn-on-the-cob, classic sci-fi flicks, mixed greens, campfires, salmon, billiards, cherry pie, rock shows, pumpernickel, salsa, grand openings, peanuts, sewing bees, extra sharp cheddar cheese, and holidays. Sweet caramel aroma. Pours a mild amber color with thick beige head. Caramel, sweet malt, with a hit of alcohol up front....finishes somewhat clean with some mild hop bitterness. My favorite style of beer...but I have had better....not bad.

Metropolitan knows how to do lagers. This is, sadly one of the lesser varieties. A slightly funky aroma , though its barely discernible. The flavor is lemongrass and wheat.

Metropolitan makes some great beers. Caramel, citrus, nuts... nice blend/balance of hop & malt.

12 ounce bottle. Bright amber color. Crisp, medium bodied. Long lasting malty flavor with a lively, bubbly palate. An excellent lager with a stepped up and durable variation of a traditional lager flavor. It’s one of the better lagers I’ve had recently.

Aroma is an even mix of hops and malts. The flavor is mildly sweet and malty, along with a clean and hoppy finish. Simple but effective.

Slight haze pale goldish yellow orange. Some light head. Aroma of sweet grain with an orange like sour/tart slight spice.Slight sulfer. Taste has some body sweetness grainyness slight metallic, smooth with sweet corn.Notice more grain sweetness than much bittering but has a light citrus/pepper bittering thats not too noticable.Ok kinda on the sweet side with noticable metallic.

Pours a clear orange with about a finger of off-white foamy head. Some light malts and cereal to the nose, fairly faint odor. Slightly sweet grain taste that fades into a fairly standard bitter aftertaste. Fairly crisp, not a bad beer for a hot day.
