COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The kinetic beauty of Noble hops grabs you by the nose and lets you know: this is German-inspired beer. A mild, bready malt sweetness greets you at the lips, smoothing the crisp hop flavors. Flywheel is meant for bombastic celebrations of singing voices and clamoring mugs. But then, that first contented moment of happy hour is uniquely celebratory as well. Now, where is that liter-toting Fräulein anyway?

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home watching a terrible Bears game. This is a decent lager, mostly yeasty / bready, easy drinking and better than the average lager...nothing special for this one though.

12oz bottle poured into a high ball glass. Notes of dough, flowers, lemon, grass, and a light spice come through on the nose. It pours a clear, oily, pale yellow, with the light, sudsy white head. It leaves behind good lace and a medium ring with a dirty surface. The taste is a medium sweet and medium light bitter. The texture is light and oily with a light body and light, zippy carbonation. Flavors of buttered toast, light citrus, and spice hit the palate and it finishes clean and crisp. A light spice, bread crust, and grass aftertaste lightly coats the palate and fades quickly.

Golden with frothy white head, great lacing for a lager. Mild lemon with woody aroma. Full bodied lager, a Mild caramel, mild lemon, and grain flavor. Decent balance with medium hop bitter finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours bright yellow. Head is white and very well retained. Nose is malty, bready, light floral hops, clean malts and toasty. Flavor is similar. Clean and really nice. Lovely clean beer.
