Bottle. Golden color. Malty bready soft milky aroma. Malty sweetish, bready soft grassy flavor. Laid back helles.

Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium yellow colour with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light to moderate hoppy, dry grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, green grass. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111001]

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours clear golden with a small off white head. DMS.. Vegetables and grains. Dry and bitter grainy flavor. Medium bodied. Dry and short end.

Bottle. Clear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, grainy and a little citrus. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, hops, grainy, little citrus and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, grass and hops.

Bottled. Clear golden, airy head. Fruity and bready. Fairly sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Creamy fruity malt and some light vegetables. Low bitterness.

The color is hazy golden and the head is huge and nice. The aroma has notes of malt, sweetness, flower and butterscotch. The flavour has sweetness, notes of fruit, flower, citrus, malt and practically no bitterness. It’s smooth and a bit like an ale, but the sweetness seems a bit cloying in the long run.

(bottle) Clear, greenish pale golden colour with a big but not very persistent frothy white head. Sweet and grainy malt aroma, quite one-dimensional with faint notes of herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Soft malty, grainy taste with light herbal notes. Moderately dry, sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish. Clean but nothing special (16.01.08).

Bottle (bought at the Brauerei): Golden with a greenish shine, clear, bigger quickly collapsing white head, sweet-grainy nose with some carats of bitterness; clean sweetish flavour, light bodied; faint illusions of bitterness in the sweet-grainy finish. Nothing unpleasant detectable,´with the exception of the stupid name, but a bit sweet and boring.........
