UPDATED: DEC 29, 2011 Amber color. Bottle, bought at the brewery. Aroma has plums and a touch of plastic. Medium bodied. Hoppy flavor with hints of wood, licorice, plastic, plums and butter. Tasty, although the plastic annoys a bit.
Re-rate december 2011. Malt and licorice in the aroma and flavor. Slightest hint of butter. Almost medium bodied. Hint of cinnamon in the aftertaste.

Pours clear copper colour with medium head. Aroma of grain, malts, barley, grass and light cellar notes. Flavour of grass, grain, malts, distant notes of butter and herbs. Quite dry bitter palate. Decent.

Aroma is stale with sweetish, grainy malt, also hints of grassy hops. Flavour has grassy hops and butter. Dry finish. Good.

Hopfiger und würziger Geruch. Im Antrunk herb-süßlich. Zur Mitte hin wird das Bier aromatisch, zugleich malziger. Diese Malzigkeit steigert im Abgang, begleitet vn einer moderaten Herbe. Gut schmeckendes Bier.Test vom 12.9.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

0.5 l bottle. Copper color. Sweetish nutty and toasty aroma with toffee. Dryer flavor, fairly toasty and nutty. Medium body. Fairly nice nutty taste. Tastes slighty stale (BB two weeks ago).

Bottle (best by 16.05.11). Sweet caramel malt and light hay aroma. Clear amber color with small head. Sweet caramel/butterscotch and lightly bitter hay hops flavor. Pretty good - a bit heavy on the diacetyl flavor.

50cl bottle. Poured clear amber color with a white head, nonlasting. Very grainy and dusty aroma. Flavor is grain, malt, some earthy notes. Finish is dry. Hmm, I have had better Kellerbiers

Lovely dark golden color, great head, intense carbonation at the outset. Nose has peach, hay, some flowers/herbs, and waves of deep fresh baked bread. Flavor is bready! Malty light sweetness with mixed grain elements, moderate bitterness. Again with a vague fresh peach fruitiness. Overall pretty dry! Lovely beer. Very fresh, best before May 16, 2011. Bottle from Bierzwerg. Dark golden color with thick creamy head. Aroma, malt, fruity. Taste, malt, fruit nice bittersweet finish. Drinkable beer.

A dark red, light brown beer pours into the glass. Smells earthy malty and slightly roasty, almost a little smoky. Starts very, very malty, very full-bodied

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is grains, earth, herbs and some mild wooden notes as well. Flavour is wood, some mild herbs, earth and mild sweetish malty notes. A quite pleasantly balanced brew.
