Bottle, 5.6%. Mild dusty aroma. Hazy grey copper colour. Small white head. Buttery and dusty flavour. Slightly sweet and slightly papery. The hop flavour is spicy.

Bottle. Amber color. Bready aroma. Malty sweetish cake-like flavor with hints of toffee. Easy drinker, maybe a bit too sweet.

Im Geruch malzig. Daneben noch würzig und ein wenig röstig. Stimmungsvoller frucht-malziger Start. Der Mittelteil ist neben der sich durchziehenden Malzigkeit beinahe weinartig. Den Abschluß bildet eine leichte Bittere im malzigen Finish. In diesem Bier kommen Aromen vor, die ich vielleicht unter Sandelholz einordnen würde. Ein sauberes und sehr gutes Bier. 0.5 l bottle. Sweet toffeish and nutty aroma. The flavor is also sweet, nutty, toffeish and bready with some raisins. Low hoppiness. Full bodied. OK nutty&toffeish beer.

Bottle. Chocolate/caramel malt aroma. Clear yellow-brown color with moderate head. Very sweet caramel and chocolate malt flavor. Good body. Very nice.

"Rotbier - the rarity of the Middle Ages with the extra Melanoidinmalz." Very light colored beer, and an veritable all-malt extravaganza. So real, fresh, earthy, fields of grain. Slight caramel but very real sugary presence, honeyed is a good word. This is a naturally sweet beer, with a freshness and slight herby hop character in the aroma, with brown sugar and toast accents. Very light bitterness. Long bready finish. A little too sweet. Nice conditioning throughout.

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Dark golden color with medium white head. Aroma of honey, red fruit, vanilla. Taste, sweet, again honey, maybe apples. Very light bitterness in finish. I am definitely not sure, that this is Dunkel. Somewhere I red, that this beer is "rot bier". Anyway, drinkable beer.

500ml bottle! The beer in glass foams up very well, the medium-fine-pored foam remains steadfast on the beer. Smells malty-sweet. Smells delicious and extremely tempting. Starts sweet and fruity, with a hearty malty aftertaste. To the center part out, roasted malts come through, which makes this beer now nearly perfect. Harmonizes simply awesome, the whole thing! Sweet and malty, with a rustic roasted flavor!

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt, caramel and breadish notes. Flavour had toasted malt, caramel, breadish and grassy hops.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and cornish. Slight grassy note. Fruity flavoured, malty and slight citric. Light milky note. Ends medium sweet and fruity.
