COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Large numbers of Germans immigrated to Mexico and brought their brewing traditions and styles with them. El Destructo is brewed in the tradition of these great brewmasters, to be a malty, full bodied beer that is strong enough to cut the spiciest meal you can find. Deep Ruby Brown in color, this beer starts out with a hint of malty sweetness that fades to a rich, chocolaty flavor and dry, spicy finish. The rich malt character comes from a combination of four malts; Pilsner, Munich, Cara-Munich Dark, and Chocolate. Although the hops play a secondary role in this beer, we use German Select Hops to add the spicy, dry, character to balance the malt. Nearly accurate interpretation of this traditional style- custom made for MEX Restaurant, Rochester by Custom Brewcrafters.
