let og rar cider der er tilat drikke. gul med luftig skum, lidt sur og lidt sød livlig, let , tør med smag af æbler.

Bottle 375ml.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a initial large, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, dry apples, tart appple, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, apples, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110117]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples and vinegar as well as hints of wood. The flavor is acidic with notes of apples and wood, leading to a tart finish.

Pours hazy yellow-golden with a big, fizzy, white head. Aroma has fresh green apples, light zesty, sweet fruit and light vinegar. Highish carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet green apples, zesty, some oak, light dryness. Quite drinkable.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Slightly hazy yellow with a small, bubbly head. Extreme pressure and a very lively carbonation with huge bubbles. Dry apple aroma. Medium body, sweet apple notes, a little sulphur. Ends dry with a vague tartness. 270609

Bottle at Meyers Deli. Cloudy yellow - no head. Apples, sharpness, sparkling, minerals, dryness, acid, freshness, light sweet notes, light light brett feeling, farmhouse style. Lovely.

Bottle. When I poured the cider I got a high fluffy white head which disappeared immediately. Body is hazy yellow. Apple barnyard vinegar aroma. Nice semi dry acidic apple flavor with low carbonation and a long aftertaste. Quite refreshing.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Dry and slight barnyard aroma. Crisp carbonated mouthfeel. Bitter, phenolic and slight acidic. Rather dry phenolic finish.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, wood and some vanilla. Flavour is sour apples, some dry vanilla and wooden notes. Mild earthy and herbal notes as well.

cloudy yellow, huge white bubbly head that doesn’t last aroma is dry, skunky, apple. flavor is sweet apple, moudly,almost no sourness or citrussy flavors to balance, however, comes off as tasting nice
