cloudy yellow, huge white bubbly head that doesn’t last aroma is dry, skunky, apple. flavor is sweet apple, moudly,almost no sourness or citrussy flavors to balance, however, comes off as tasting nice

Bottle. Yellow colour. Powerfull apple aroma. Averaghe moderfate apple aroma. Moderte dry nice apple finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow with medium fully diminishing white head. Aroma is apples, juice, fruit and tart. Flavour is apples, little sweet, little dry, juice and a little tart.

Bottle @ Hansen/Zita tasting. Hazy yellow with a diminishing white head. Aroma is sweet, apples and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic. 281212

Bottle. When I poured the cider I got a high fluffy white head which disappeared immediately. Body is hazy yellow. Apple barnyard vinegar aroma. Nice semi dry acidic apple flavor with low carbonation and a long aftertaste. Quite refreshing.

Yellow coloured and hazy. Has a white head, fully diminishing. Nice aroma with notes of ripe apples and acid. Flavor is a mix of sweetness and acidity.

Bottle @ Århus / Randers newyears tasting at Hansen and Zita. Pours light yellow with a small white head. Aroma of dry tart apples, wood. Flavor is tart apples, light sweetness, wood, light oxidation. Thin body, lively carbonation. 281212
