Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Hazy, golden coloured, smaller, lacing white layer, sweet-malty nose, a bit buttery nose with a discreet sourness and a touch of bittering hops; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, soft MF; short and drier malty-bitter finish with a tinge of caramel. Drinkable, unspectacular....

Herb-säuerlicher Antrunk, wenig CO2, das Bier wirkt schon am Anfang schal. Getreidig-wässrig, etwas herb. Wässriger, etwas säuerlich-schaler Abgang. Total verkorkstes Pils. Test vom 26.1.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,4,4,2,5,2 - 3,25

(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Sweet, slightly buttery and grainy cara-malty nose with a light hoppy and subtle fruity touch. Light-sweet flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Malt-accented, soft-grainy and slightly buttery taste with notes of cara-malt and light hoppy accents; sweet and slightly bitter finish with a restrained hops character. Unusual but well-quaffable “Pilsener”.
