While pilsner is the most popular beer style in Poland, Browar Fortuna has refused to follow the crowd. One gulp of "Miłosław" is sufficient to realise that it is not just another lager. Its different flavour and aroma is attributed to the open fermentation process, as well as the varieties of hops used in its production. They are used by the so-called craft breweries, which target their unique products at smaller, yet extremely loyal groups of consumers on the lookout for something different in the world of beer.

Láhev 500 ml. Příjemné chmelové aroma. Pěna je bílá, jemná, středně vysoká a pomalu mizící. Barva samotného piva je zlatá. Chuť je velmi příjemná, má střední až silný říz, střed s nádechem karamelu a a lehce praženého sladu, lehce nakysle okraje a finiš který nastupuje pomaleji do velmi příjemné hořkosti, která trvá. Jedná se o vskutku výtečný pilsener, s krásně pestrou chutí a výbornou pitelností.

Well-composed Polish beer. A bit of sweetness mixed with bitter taste, however, not overwhelming. Nice looking foam which passes too soon. Tea with lemon colour.

One of the best all-around available Polish pils beers. Pours clear, golden with medium white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy, mostly hoppy with some small malty notes. It has moderate bitterness, it is fairly dry and with medium carbonation. Drinkable, enjoyable everyday beer

bottle, bardzo dziekuje, ElDesmadre! Wow, a dry-hopped Pilsener! Clear golden yellow, large white head. Lovely hop aroma. Light and elegant malty base with lots of aromatic hops, very fresh, very intensive. A superb and well-crafted beer!

Not very intensive malty aroma with floral hops. Small but durable head disappearing to thin layer. Clear golden body. Pleasant grassy bitterness in taste with appropriate malty backbone.

Botltle. A golden pils with a frothy head, with an unexpectedly hoppy aroma, for a Polish lager that is. The somewhat piney hoppy aroma manages to outweigh the partly soapy maltiness, and even the small amounts of diacetyl fit in good with the rest. Light to medium body, tastewise this is a Bohemian style pilsener with a solid biscuity malty base, piney hops retronasal and quite a strong bitterness - again, for a Polish lager, that is. A pleasant surprise.

Bottle. Aromatic but unfortunately metallic taste. Somewhat bitter palate. White and thin foam. Dark-golden colour. Good to try but it’s not a revelation.

Clear golden color, robust whte head. Weak hoppy aroma plus some calcium in the taste. Good dry finsh. Can’t understand that calcium note though... Would be much better without it.
