DA (2474), Portland, Oregon City, Oregon, USA Apr 2, 2005 Pours amber, very clear, with a medium white head. Fruity yeast and hop nose. Similar taste, nothing bold standing out, but just a mild balanced taste all the way through. Nice light hop finish with just a lightly bitter finish. BückDich (4559), Boise, Idaho, USA Mar 9, 2005 Sampled draught at Mia & Pias Tap Room, Klamath Falls Clear amber, a bit of lacing, no head. Nose of light hops & pale malt. The flavor is a bit on the bitter side with a floral hoppiness. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA Mar 9, 2005 Amber with a light head and good lacing. Sweet caramel with some berries. Light hops being bitter and piney. Flavor has the hint of berries as well then bitterness. Malts do a fair job of backing it up. Decent pale, but the hops could have stood out a bit more. The best so far.
