Commercial Description:
Highly recommended by the master brewer (and his wife, and his brother-in-law, and this Webmaster, etc…). A highly hopped Northwest style Pale Ale, this beer has a bold flavor profile that is characteristic of many popular micro-brews. The alcohol content is 4.6%.

Pours amber, very clear, with a medium white head. Fruity yeast and hop nose. Similar taste, nothing bold standing out, but just a mild balanced taste all the way through. Nice light hop finish with just a lightly bitter finish.

Sampled draught at Mia & Pias Tap Room, Klamath Falls
Clear amber, a bit of lacing, no head. Nose of light hops & pale malt. The flavor is a bit on the bitter side with a floral hoppiness.

Amber with a light head and good lacing. Sweet caramel with some berries. Light hops being bitter and piney. Flavor has the hint of berries as well then bitterness. Malts do a fair job of backing it up. Decent pale, but the hops could have stood out a bit more. The best so far.

Tap@Mia and Pia’s. nice American APA, but a perhaps a but more subtle for the style., pine, lychee, aromatic American hops. Well balanced, uncomplicated. Nice session ale.
