Commercial Description: A traditional German style lager that is tapped in May. Our 'Old Goat' Maibock has the style characteristic of a rich and malty flavour and has a pleasnat floral aroma from the noble hops, with just enough hops to create a slight lingering bitterness. 'Old Goat' was first tapped on our brewers 41st Birthday, May 9, 2003, hence the name to honour this auspicious occasion. Maibock adds some spice and flair to the reawakening of spring.
Tap@Mia and Pias. Pretty bland, resiny, sticky malts and not much else, grainy, sweet. Below average in my book.
