Tap@Mia and Pias. Failry decent Irish dry stout, if a little thin. Chocolatey and coffee roast, but a little thin. Not bad though.

On Nitro tap at Bailey’s TapRoom Portland OR. Pours out a black topped with a tall brown head. Aroma of roast malts and some chocolate. Tast was nice more of the roast, some coffee, along with the sweetness. Not bad.

I have to agree with some other reviews--this stout comes off a bit thin. Especially for a Guinness-style stout, it misses the mark. The flavor itself could be nice if the consistency were heavier.

Sampler at M&P. Beautiful black beer with lasting mahogany head. Could be a flavorful beer but had a strong hint of diactyl. Disappointing.

I’d had this beer a few times before and been indifferent about it, feeling it was a bit watery. Then, low and behold I try it again and wham, they changed this thing into a beautiful beer. What once was, well like they say, very guiness-like, now was rich, heavy bodied, and had a well done smoked character to it. Chocolate malt flavor, roasty and rich, very well balanced with a light smoked finish. Very nice stout, please stay with this recipe.

Draught at alehouse. Black with tan head. Aroma of chocolate, roast barley. Notes of coffee, chocolate and toast in the mouth, with a disappearing finish. In the style of Guinness, it’s not quite up to draught Guinness from Ireland. It will do in a pinch.

Sampled nitro at Mia & Pias Tap Room, Klamath Falls
Light roast & coffee in the nose, creamy chocolate. Nice flavors due to the nitrogen. A good dry Irish stout with a robust finish. Kinda bland though.

Black with a foamy nitro head. Some chocolate and roast. That sour funk is here as well. It has some similar flavors to a homebrew I dumped. Sour chocoate and roast.
