Commercial Description:
This beer is tapped every year at Mia & Pia's on Valentine's Day. The Ghirardelli Double Chocolate gives the beer its unique aroma and distinct sweetness. Try it with your favorite chocolate treat.

This was very nice and well made, but just simply not for me. I have never been a huge fan of chocolate stouts and this is no exception. Deep and dark in color, with an off white fluffy head. Had that chocolate mocha flavor and the mouthfeel was a little thin, but has some nice roastiness and hop levels, that blend well together. Finish is way tooo bitter and turned me off to it.

Black color, tan head. Nose of sweet roast & mocha, a nice blend of chocolate & coffee. Damn, I was about to fall asleep while doing this ampler until this one. The flavor breaths life into the chocolate with a floral hoppiness that’s so subtle that it just whispers. Nice chocostout.

Dark brown, nearing black. Tan foamy head and sparse lacing. Chocolate and roast aromas with some bitter hops. Mostly chocolate, but bitter and roast are about. Watery body with a chocolate bitter finish.
