The complexity of this beer is fantastic. Rich, but not too heavy on the palate, semi-sweet dark fruit finish.

Ft. Lauderdale, Fl - Total Wine - 12 oz can. Deep dark brown pour, decently thick khaki colored head that leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma is somewhat neutral, a bit of earthy topsoil. Flavor is kind of dull, some faint coffee notes, a bit of topsoil, chocolate if you really try hard, Mouthfeel is thick enough. Not a highlight of my trip to south Florida.

A very amateur brown ale, there is some caramel, roasted malts and a pungent bitterness. Didn’t like it.

(Rating #9,500) Draft... Pours clear and very dark with flashes of crimson and a small, wispy, white head. The aroma is all about café con leche - milk chocolate and Cuban-roast coffee. Medium to full-bodied with airy carbonation. The flavor is tragically acidic and soapy. Infected, tangy, raspy finish. I’d like to revisit this one, although I can’t do much better than drinking it on tap at the source.

12 oz can purchased and consumed in south FL. Aroma: lightly sweet; simple but pleasant medium and light roasted grains. hints of caramel. Flavor: slightly sweet but well balanced for style. Lacks complexity but has a solid malty flavor with no defects. Feel: medium body and carbonation. O: good version of style.

Draft. Pours brown with a beige head. Lightly roasted malts, some chocolate sweetness, light nutty notes, and a quick malty finish. Pretty good.

Tobacco and coffee on the nose, some hop characteristics as well. Sweet malt and some citrus hop on the flavor. Very light body. Tasty brown. Cheers, Miami

Chocolate up front then a metallic watery finish. Not terrible but not great.

Not a bad brown ale. Typical chocolate, coffee, and toasted malt base. Medium body. Good carbonation. Very drinkable.

Poured a dark amber brown color with aromas of malt and earth. Flavors are light malt, some earth and a touch of nuts. Not the best brown ale out there... not sure how old the keg is.

Awesome beer. Almost in between a porter and a brown ale. Very rich full favored beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
