MoritzF (3883), Ruhrpott, Germany Jun 28, 2007 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a short foamy white head. Sweet cara-malty, strong bready aroma with light notes of herbal hops. Sweet flavour; bready and strawy taste with a touch of honey and subtle notes of caramel; medium bodied, soft on carbon; medium-dry, malt-accented finish with a shy bitter hoppy blend. A bit unspectacular but drinkable, solid Festbier-Märzen. pivnizub (3900), Porúří, Germany Jun 28, 2007 Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Golden coloured with a small foamy layer; delicate honeyish-fruity and Tettnang-like hoppy nose; moderate o stronger bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish with a mixture of honey and Tettnang hops in the aftertaste. A well crafted brew.........
