Medium-sweet, grainy, slightly bready nose with a touch of sour dough on a light herbal hoppy background. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, soft carbonation and mouthfeel. Malt-accented Pilsener, bready and grainy taste with light herbal notes; medium-dry, sweet and light bitter finish with a minor hops profile. Easy going brew.
