Bottle, 4.9%. Clear golden colour. Weak buttery aroma. The flavour is a bit creamy, but OK. Good citric note.

It’s golden with a creamy, white head and the aroma has initial strong notes of vegetables and cooked cabbage, but it get’s a little better and reveils malt and straw too. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, straw and caramel, and the flavour is slightly dry.

500ml bottle! The beer in glass is golden yellow with a slight reddish tinge. The head is very durable and fine. The smell is VERY sweet-hoppy. Starts with good aroma hops and moderately tart. The aftertaste is hoppy-bitter. Could be more recent, all in all. The further course is then clearly bitter.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as lighter notes of caramel and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw as well as lighter notes of eggs and butter, leading to a dry, bitter, and strawy finish.

The bottle looks good - but the name says nothing about the beer. The beer in the glass is okay, creamy head. Tastes spicy, only modest hoppy, malty and well balanced finish. Good beer!

Bottle 50cl.
Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, moderate buttery. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081004]

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours almost clear golden yellow with a diminished white head. Mild butterish and light spiced aroma. Light butterish and mild crisp citrusy hops flavour. Would be fantastic without the butterish notes. Smooth hoppy citrusy finish, yet the butterish notes doesn’t let go.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma of butter and malt. Medium-bodied with sweetish malt and some flowery accents. Almost no bitterness. 041008

Bottle. Thanks Pivnizub. Light flowery and metallic bitter hop aromanotes. Pale golden, low white head. Sweet malt base for a pils, mellow hop notes. Medium to light body, light sparkly mouthfeel. Quick light aromatic finish, light napkin retronasal..

Bottle (bought in the brewery-shop): Golden coloured, mid-sized fluffy head; sweet-grainy and a bit sweet pale-malty nose with an aromatic (Tettnang?) hoppy touch; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft MF, light to medium bodied; grainy-hoppy finish. O.K., a decent one....
