COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with Champagne yeast.
The color is blond, very bright. Very smooth, with a delicate fruity taste, like peach.
It has been brewed the first time for the Football World Cup in 2010.

Draught at the brauhaus in Sulzfeld; 4.9% ABV
A mix of Hefeweizen and Export, blended during the brewing process

Hazy blond color. The aroma is rather strange, there are some beans, and acacia flowers (it reminds me the robinia trees in my garden, back in Italy), light chestnuts too, and maybe flowery; it also reminds me rye or buckwheat, but also fresh maize; strange but interesting. The flavor is more clearly showing an exogenous cereal, it’s difficult to trace it back to wheat+barley; anyway, it’s a special beer, it has some interest. The bitterness level is not very high, but at least a light cereals and caramel touch in the end offer some interest.
