Pours a huge 2 inch head. Not a lot of lacing. Color is a dark foggy delicious amber. The aroma of malty roasted nuts and carmel is faint. Smooth with a little hint of Bavarian hops. Like it!

Not bad at all for an American mass produced cheap beer company. Not bad at all. Glad the rest of the family thinks so, too.

Excellent Price:Quality ratio, however, quality varies quite a bit from glass to glass. It has been my experience that off the tap this beer has a thicker, fuller flavor, while the bottle seems a little thin. Dark copper color, with a small head. Roasted flavor and aroma with a hint of sweetness and a decent finish. This is the one I reach for when my wallet is light.

Dark brown amber color that pours a small amount of head. For the money this is a very good beer. This and Yuengling have been my go to ’cheap’ beers lately. Not bad on draft either. Roasted malt flavor with some sweet bitterness in there. Some sweet notes (cherry?). A tad thin in the mouthfeel and not a ton of flavor and but quite a bit compared to other beers in the same price category. Only slightly more expensive than your standard old American Lager like Bud, Michelob or Miller but a lot better. Great deal!

Bottle. Dark reddish brown with off white head. My sister had this numerous times and likes it, asked if I would like to try it. Nothing really special, actually some caramel malts but watery and eh. As long as she likes it.

Dark copper in color. Foamy head that dissapated quickly. Clean spicy aroma reminiscent of nutmeg and xmas. Definitley a yeasty dark bread aroma almost like pumpernickel. I’m amazed that AB could produce something like this. A for effort. I’ve had better but still overall it’s not a bad brew.

...not t hat bad of a beer from Michelob. Dark and malty, a little roasted flavor. It is better draft, but tastes like shit if it is not fresh. I don’t drink this crap anymore, because it basically sux.
