Rerate from draft - decent head, great orange color, malty aroma and palate that was a bit overcarbonated. ben4321 (1061), Rockville, Maryland, USA

This one’s half decent when you are talking about a American Macro, I certainly don’t go out of my way to get it, but when your choices are limited this can sometimes be one of the best options (I know, high praise indeed). papajohn (1055), San Diego (Mira Mesa), California, USA

It’s drinkable, but nothing to write home about. (I’m convinced that it’s the rice that produces the hangover.) crizay (1050), Brook Park (was Tampa,FL), Ohio, USA

Pours dark brown, big white head. Pretty sweet tasting lots of crystal malts in there, very little hops if any, just a nice caramel and roasted flavor. I think when I get this really fresh it seems to even have slight banana aftertaste to me. Not a bad beer at all. haddon90 (1044), Alexandria, Virginia, USA

I had it again at a restaurant to bring back the taste. A good beer by Michelob. A nice dark color with medium head. Malt in the taste but not too overwhelming. A good beer I had with dinner. cking (1041), North Canton, Ohio, USA

I had this at a pub tonight simply for this reason. I’ve enjoyed this brew throughout the years on many occasions and I still thinks it’s a solid example of a decent style. Aroma is faint but some creamy malt can be detected. Pours a nice dark amber with a decent tan head. Feels a bit creamy and smooth on the palate. Flavor is usually solid light yet decently malty. Nothing special here just a pretty decent make for this style of beer. Always been better on tap than out of the bottle, good bar beer. Ron (1041), Rochester, New York, USA

Very light aroma of malt and something else I cant lay a finger on. Overly carbonated with some malty watery flavor. Thicker than most beers but the taste still of water. Overall, not bad
