I had this at my sisters house. Pours amber with a white head. Taste malt, nutty. I thought this wasn't very good. I wouldn't drink this again.

Draft at Minocqua Pizza Co. Pour is clear brown with a medium beige head. Aroma and flavor are light toasted malt, faint hop, and light yeasty bread in the finish. I like this beer on tap. When surrounded by macros, this is my go to.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
I’ve sampled this more than enough times.
I’ve had this more than enough times in pint glasses but also in pilseners and honeslty, there was barely any difference between the two.
The appearance was always a nice looking hazy amber to red color with a semi-decent transparency letting some carbonation to be seen rising. The head was about a decent one finger white foaminess that quickly dissipated and left no lacing.
The smell had a fairly decent amount of caramel malts that seemed fairly authentic. There was nothing burnt or overly cooked. It was good.
The taste was sweet through the caramel malts.
The palate sat at/about a nice light to medium and showed a fairly decent sessionable quality about it.
Overall, I say this wasn’t a bad American Amber/Red Lager, its a fairly decent one worthy of having again.

My favorite beer. There are many semi-rich flavors to this beer but they’re pleasant and very balanced.

Tasted on 6/3/14 from a capped 12oz bottle purchased at Frugal MacDoogal. Pours clear dark amber with an average tan head that leaves a thick collar of lace. The nose is some lightly roasted nuts with a light touch of spicy, green hops. The flavor is the same with a very easy to drink lightly roasted nutty note and an almost creamy finish. The body is medium with lively, fizzy carbonation, and a medium lightly nutty finish.

Crappy even by crappy standards. Having said that I have put down some amber bock in my time.
