2.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20I wasn’t expecting much from this A-B beer, but I didn’t think it was bad. I had Bud, Bud Light, Busch & this to choose from. The choice was clear, but the beer was not. Darker than I expected (because of the brewer, not the name). The flavor was not deep at all, but certainly noticeable with caramel and hints of fruit. It just strays way too far into the macro-brewed standard taste, but I’m sure A-B was more worried about mass appeal than a great tasting beer. Still, a good option if you are in such an unenviable situation.

Taste is alright. Nice caramel sweetness, although the aftertaste is funky and artificial.

Bottle pour clear amber. Nose of sweet malt. Taste initial fruit sweetness followed by all malt. Strong malt aftertaste. Not horrible compared to most mass brew lagers.

355ml bottle from a publix in Kissimmee Florida. Light brown with an off white head. Light toasted malt nose. Light malty sweetness. The finish is balanced. I don’t hate the this. FLVC2 #15

12oz bottle, pours brown, tan head. Little lacing. Clean crisp taste, I wouldn’t compare to many micros, but a drinkable beer. Not balanced, typical micelob product. Decent, not great.

Not bad. Quite interesting but lagery and not so bock alike, more like a dark lager with strong features too.

12oz bottle. Pours a dark amber/brown with about a finger of off white head. Aroma is of roasted malt with a faint smell of grassy hops and hint of caramel. Taste is roasted malt, caramel, and some hop bitterness.
