Living in Japan,I realize I actually miss this beer.I like soft brown beers occasionally. This is one of those easy drinking beers that is difficult to complain about. Really nice session beer or great when served in mixed company when you don’t want to seem like an asshole and push your own brand heaviness. No one will complain here.
For an American macro product, I have to say it’s quite nice and can enjoyed year round. Soft taste, very smooth and easy mouth feel. Nothing really bad here at all.

Draft, very thin head. Not much aroma. Lots of cereal flavor. Light caramel malt. Not the best representation of the style, however, it is light in body making it easy to drink.

Drank from a twelve ounce bottle.A decent beer by Michelob, most people hate Michelob, I don’t mind them. This one has a slight caramel aroma but could use a little more roasted flavor. A pretty basic amberbock.

"also pleasantly surprising for a Michelob beer (even though i think Michelob in general is better than parent co. Budweiser). pretty well balanced and slightly enjoyable dunkel, if a little lite/thin."

There are worse ambers. These is a true session. It could have a more assertive caramel flavor, but there’s nothing offensive about this beer.

Light but clean, almost flavorless dark beer with a wee hint of malts and a slight astringency on the finish. Watery but decently refreshing.

16 oz draft pours a dark amber color with a small white head. Aromas of caramel sweet malt. Light bodied, a little thin but better than I expected

I had this at my sisters house. Pours amber with a white head. Taste malt, nutty. I thought this wasn't very good. I wouldn't drink this again.
