RBWG14 Trip Rating #54. Bottle shared at the Friday Night Downtown Inn Bottle Share. Pours a clear red color with floaties. Thin creamy tan head. Aroma of cherry Twizzlers and mild pale malt. The taste is Twizzlers candy with some grainy notes. Thin bodied. Not terrible.

Taste from a very pretty bottle. 2007 vintage. Hazy dark brown amber orange color. Thin off-white ring of head, some ropes and reaches of lace. Good cherry aroma in the nose... Moderate to bigger sweet taste, syrupy and "fake wood" as Max says. Medium to bigger body, smooth, lighter carbonation. Kind of creamy, lightly slick. I dunno.... Decent cherry imperial lager, gotta say. Reluctant to say it.

Bottle @ RBWG Fart Share. Pours a murky reddish orange appearance with a cream colored head. Some spicy cinnamon notes in the nose with apple and cherries. Somewhat tart, pie cherry, lightly oxidized flavor. Some caramel too. Taste the .rar. Huge thanks to jtclockwork for breaking this out of his cellar!

Bottle I brought to "celebrate" Max’s 30th. Pours reddish amber with an off white head out of the missile/marital aid bottle. Nose/taste of cherry, light cherry soy and toasted grain. Simple. Not overly unpleasant. Not great. Not terrible. Just okay. Lighter medium body.

Rated on 8-26-2009 (Bottle) This beer pours a small fizzy ivory head, mostly transparent/slightly hazy reddish orange body, fizzy, fast rising carbonation, and spotty amounts of lacing. The Aroma is sweet, cherries, sour, and tart. The Taste is sweet, sour, tart, cherries, and finishes dry. The Palate is smooth and this beer is light-medium bodied. Overall, the 8.5%ABV is hidden but lacks character and is a beer I do not recommend trying. It is not a "bad" beer, just lacks a good flavor and it is a beer I will not drink again.

(24oz bottle, 2007 vintage, so graciously provided by BMan1113VR) Pours a hazy reddish body with a small white head. Aroma of artificial cherry (cough drops) and some toasted grain. Flavor of a nauseating cherry cough syrup with a dry finish.

( 24oz bottle 2007 vintage thanks to BMan1113VR) Pours dark orange with nice oily bubbles. Nose of dirty cherry-tinged water, caramel and bread. Taste of sweetish cherry, maraschino syrup with an oily thick finish that’s a little syrupy.
