Wow, what a bottle. Pours a clear brown with a creamy head. Aroma of chocolate, malts, cherry, dark fruit. Taste becomes rather sweet/plastic like though, doesn’t hold up the decent aroma.

Bomber shared at Scottyp’s housewarming tasting. Crazy bullet bottle pours a clear red with ring of khaki head. Nose of alcohol, rum raisin, and chocolate like that of the center of a cherry flavored toostie pop. Flavor has lots of fake cocoa with soy sauce. Kinda like a walgreens medicine that gets chocolate flavoring. Awesome bottle though.

Pours a fading beige head with a clear, brown body with ruby highlights. Aromas of apple, toffee, some cocoa, and a little roast. Flavor of roasted malt, and some cocoa, and some cherry. Thin body. Extra overall points for the bottle and for A-B even trying to do this.

Dark ruby pour with minimal head. The aroma is mostly sour, cloying dark fruit, cherry and a faint hint of chocolate. The flavor is about the same as the aroma with just a touch more chocolate coming through. Medium body. Pretty middle of the road for a craft beer but much better than most any other BMC brew I’ve ever had. This actually has a little complexity to it.

2007 batch. Lighter than I would have expected out of a "chocolate lager". Medium brown with a small tan head. It had the same aroma as the cherry version except with a little chocolate smell. pretty dissapointing with a half assed chocolate aftertaste. This beer sucked but it was better than the cherry version.

Poured clearish brown with a head like soda. Smells chocolaty. Tasted bitter and bland. Chocolate, yes, but no malts, roasty hints, or hops to back it up. I mixed a little of it with the cherry lager to liven it up, but it didnt work.
