Palidor19 (1276), Brandon, Florida, USA Dec 15, 2005 Updated: Nov 22, 2006 An interesting attempt by AB but it fails where it should succeed. The taste has an initial taste of vanilla and maple syrup. Although the vanilla seems a bit artificial. The bourbon oak goes nicely. its pleasant start is interrupted by a lousy after taste.
There is not much to praise about,
9er (29), Delaware, USA Aug 28, 2008 This shit is good. it pours cloudy and murky, but the flavor is mildly sweet and not offensive. I appreciate the simplified flavor that actually is quite pleasant. The head leaves after a few minutes and long legs lace the glass as you imbibe. Recommended. BlackDonald (1040), North Carolina, USA Aug 8, 2008 Sweet and artificial, tastes like cheap French oak staves microfilitered through the tank. Sweet vanilla, cotton candy, saltwater taffy and a graham cracker maltiness. Not very good at all. Tastes way too artificial and fake all the way through. Sandman2222 (35), Florida, USA Jul 20, 2008 Purchased a 750 for Christmas two years back. Smells of vanilla and caramel. Tastes very much the same, with a decent oak flavor to it. Of all the Michelob products I’ve had, this is on the top. I hope that they bring it back at some point. sloth (1511), Ceciltucky, Co., Maryland, USA Jul 5, 2008 Verbatim: Small white head, fair retention +spotty lace. Gold with a copper hue. Lotsa cotton candy, peach, sugars, marshmallow, candy corn. Sweet finish. You was right Brian. Thanks Robert! eaglefan538 (2041), Wilmington, Delaware, USA Jul 4, 2008 Bottle shared by Robert at SL via sloth, a big thanks to both of them. The pour was copper to amber. Aroma had lots of candy, vanilla, marshmallows (Bert nailed that one), corn grains. The flavor was toasted marshmallows, cotton candy, caramel, vanilla, bubble gum, and fruits. Body was barely carbonated, a bit sticky, but not too thick. Drinkable, but not something I’d return to. Many thanks to both Robert and Bert on this one!
