COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Obtains its color from roasted malt, which also adds to its unique flavor.

If it were not for the clear dark color, I’d think I was drinking a light beer. Slightly roasted, slightly thickish, but there is still too much corn in this to really make it worthwhile. Makes Killian’s Red taste like the pinnacle of complexity. Lots of better choices.

Okay - for a mud bud company - this is really good. However, ensure you have plenty of toliet paper and privacy the day after as this beer will turn you inside out.

It ain’t the greatest, but it ain’t bad. Not really a complex flavor - just straightforward. Had my last taste at the Busch brewery tour and enjoyed it.

Better than Michelob, not better than much else.

A smooth rich tasting dark. Not overbearing, nice aftertaste.

For as much of a joke as their other ’beers’ are, this would be classified as an accident at the Busch plant.

A very smooth, drinkable beer, but lacking the oomph needed from a dark.

OK beer, nothing to scream about, but nothing to turn down your nose at either. Good malts and hop spicy enough, but just to much carbonation for my taste.

When I was 19 or 20, and still mainly drinking MGD, I really liked this beer. It was my first ’dark’ beer, heh. Its not great in retrospect, but I’ll give it marks for spurring me forward to dark and rich beers.
