Not bad for Michelob. The aftertaste fades quick. One of the best Michelob beers out today.

Dark reasonable body. Light foam. Highly carbonated. No long after taste.

Aggie80 (785) - Michigan, USA - JAN 1, 2004
Not bad. Dark pour with reasonable head and lacing. Overly carbinated, but it is a megabrew. Flavors are better than most of their products. This is one to look for when there aren't any microbrews available.

This is one of the best dark beers I've ever had. Actually has some charachter. I sense thick caramel and roasted nuts. Not bad. Not bad at all!

Didn't care for this one. Too beer can tasting for me. Somebody on here described a beer he had as very aluminum. Add very bitter and this is what you've got.

This one is almost there. I actually smell roasted malts, almost nutty. Artifical carbonation still sucks but this is AB after all.

My favorite AB product. Slight dark roast flavor, reallly weak hops, typical AB light apple flavor. This beer looks decent and is remarkable only in how much better it is than other AB products.

This one is certainly more drinkable than is regular predecessor. Still it is good to drink on a hot day when you have just finished doing yard work and it is ice cold.

   AROMA 5/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 6/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 11/20

A darker, slightly maltier version of the standard. Drinkable, but nothing special.

   AROMA 5/10   APPEARANCE 2/5   TASTE 4/10   PALATE 2/5   OVERALL 6/20

This has a little more flavor than michelob. A little toffee. Short lived head.
