COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Dunkel weisse dark wheat ale, all malt and unfiltered. A dark wheat ale featuring our own unique yeast and malted wheat. A special Bavarian yeast strain combined with select wheat malt deliviers unmistakeable clove and banana tones. The surprisingly light finish is a character of dark weissbeir, a style with roots back to the 1520s. A dunkel which is perfect for any season! To serve this brew perfectly, pour it down the side of the glass untill about a half inch is left. Gently swirl the bottle mixing what’s left. Pour the rest of the brew into the glass to produce a nice thick collar of foam and enjoy!
