Draft at Tom’s Bar and Grill in the Central West End. Pours pretty much like every other A-B beer- pale yellow and clear with visible carbonation and a fizzy white head. Not much on the aroma- some pale malts and grassy, straw notes with a little sugary sweetness. The flavor has pale malts, grass, banana, sugar, and corny cereal grains. No skunky notes. Light-bodied with medium-high carbonation. Not much here but it worked just fine with limited options afer a long bike ride.

MGD was the first pitcher of beer I bought. At that time, this is what I thought beer was all about. I was way off. It does the trick at ballgames and concerts, but that’s where I draw the line. Just an OK cheap beer

Yeah, that’s a poor beer. It’s good for what it is, but what it is, is poor.

Just looking over the pale lagers and seeing the ones I missed rating, wish I had not.......

This beer is not sold in Louisiana, so I had never tried it until on a road trip in Minnnesota in 2010. It has a thick, white head, and a very clear, golden appearance. Aroma is sharp, with a grain or grass aspect. The taste is good, and I was happy with the hop character, which was not too pronounced, of course. Mouth-feel was light and watery. It finished crisp and satisfying. I really enjoyed Michelob Golden Draft and wish it was more widely available. NOTE: I’d avoid drinking this from the clear glass bottle as that could allow for spoilage. The can or draft should be a better option. RJT

Certainly not great. I would drink this under dire circumstances like if I were outside all day with no shelter from the sun and wanted to drink something other than water and not dehydrate.

Had this at Target Field in Minneapolis. Apparently a regional beer. Light with fluffy white head. Quick drinking. Not worth getting except for the "rarity" of it.

This one actually has some flavor, but not available here in Missouri, right by the brewery?!

Light, smooth, delicious. They make it a few miles from where i live but i have to drive 100 miles to buy it, but its worth it. Very refreshing, first drink to last bottle.

Bottle. Pours a golden body with a skunky aroma. Taste is simple with grain and a very thin body with a hint of grassy hops. Sucks.
