| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 12, 2007 more flavor than just plain ultra. little bit of malt, worth drinking if your watching your calories. i sure don’t but after bumming an ultra from a friend i needed to compare. the six pack went down fast as it is easy drinking. steview (901), Los Angeles, California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 5, 2007 it’s a better version of the ultra! wee... wa, woo. anyway... / it looks like an average beer, actually; nothing that offensive--the palate is a bit hard, the flavor a bit artifical and weak, watery... it’s not a bad american light beer. | 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | May 4, 2007 Sampled at co-worker’s party. Pours a clear light amber brew with just a touch of white head. Oops, I blinked and now the head is gone. Aroma, just a bt of corn malt, but had to take a deep whiff and nearly got beer up my nose. Taste has a little malt and corn/beets flavor with a clean finish. Right! Not bad for a sight of a light, light, might be a beer. Crafty07 (392), Florence, Kentucky, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Apr 18, 2007 light mahogany pour with medium white head that lingers a bit with a bit of lacing.
That’s really the main characteristic of this beer. It’s a bit better than most American macro light lagers. But a ’bit’ is just not enough unless you’re on some kind of low cal diet. And if that’s the case, drink vodka if you need booze or just water... robertsreality (2460), Minnesota, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Apr 16, 2007 Gold Color with White Head. Basically an Ultra with Some Sweet Malt Bit Easier to Down Than the Ultra. zathrus13 (1296), Mount Laurel, New Jersey, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Apr 14, 2007 Amber (barely), with an off white head. Aroma is slight malt. Flavor is somewhat sweet, corn, and some malt. Thin body. Better than regular Ultra, but what fdoes that really say? kenb (1100), Oregon, USA
| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 3/20 | Mar 27, 2007 Updated: Apr 7, 200712 oz bottle via Roth’s. This one pours a clear amber with an average sized head. Nose is malty with some subtle hops in the background. Taste is pretty bland.a little malt, some corn, very watery. Actually seems more like Seltzer water than beer. High carbonation. Thin thin body. At 3.7 grams of carbs per nottle, i thought maybe i could drink this during my low carb weight loss regiman..but i think i would rather have water....
