Light cherry aroma. Clear dark amber color, minimal head. Cherry tinged taste of malts. Watery mouthfeel.

Flavorless swill- thin barely detectable taste. Looks like watered down tea. abrupt finiish. Dull dull dull. I haven’t had a beer this crappy in a long time-mostly because I tend to avoid AB. Now I remember why. Good thing it was a freebie-DRAIN POUR. Not wasting a perfectly good liver on excrement like this.

Better than I expected. Was surprised that a friend bought this on a recent golf trip. However, gave it a try, and found that it wasn’t horrible. Very light aroma and texture as expected but the taste has a little bit of sweet roasted malt to give it a more flavorful body than the average light beer. Might actually include this one in the summer rotation at some point.

Came as part of a mix-n-match case with a $15 rebate. This was the weakest of the four six-packs, the others being dunkelweizen, porter, & pale ale. Its not terrible, its just lame as a three legged dog. Pale amber beer with a fizzy white head. Faint aroma of pale malt. Flavor of weak amber malt mixed with seltzer water. No hops, no finish. How they get 5% ABV from a beer this flavorless is beyond me. Maybe it works as a girlie beer or a fat-boy beer, but it doesn’t work for me.

A month ago I would have rated this higher...it is what got me hooked on Ambers. But now that I’ve experienced better..well...it is a good starting point.

If you love amber beers, you still won’t like this one. Watch out, this beer is awful. Now that I think about it, it’s worse than just awful. Busch Light and the like are awful. Even though this tastes a little better than those beers, by labeling this as an "Amber," it’s misleading the masses. This is an affront to all beer lovers and their beer.

Not sure why I like this beer, but it doesn’t disagree with me. Slightly darker variant of the original.

looks like iced tea with a thin white head...no retention. light caramel aroma and light roasty caramel flavor with mild hoppiness. very sweet. mouthfeel is thin and finish is abrupt. pretty boring but not horrible.
