COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Michelob ULTRA Lime Cactus has an exotic fruity aroma with a clean citrus finish. Drink Michelob ULTRA Fruit Lime Cactus with bold ethnic fare such as a spicy chorizo-based dish or carne asada tacos because the beer balances the dishes’ heat and brings out the subtle black pepper smokiness. It also pairs well with seafood.

We think this line of Michelob tastes like a pack of Fla-vor-ice popsicles or Sweet Tart candies. For us, this is a good thing. I am interested in trying all of the varieties.

Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Pale clear brew with small white head. Aroma of lime and margaritas. Taste is weak beer and fake lime flavor. Watery palate.

Very light in flavor besides the lime taste. Kind of refreshing, maybe a little bit better than other lime beers but still pretty un-beerlike.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear pale yellow with about a half finger of bright white head. Aroma of the what a margarita glass smells like after you drink it all and the ice has melted. Taste is light sweet. A little lime. It tastes like lime-flavored soda water. Light bodied with a thin texture. Fizzy carbonation and no finish. Overall, it’s pretty bad. I haven’t had a whole lot worse than this.

It poured a pale gold color with no head. The aroma was of lime and water. The taste was slightly citrusy, with a small sour finish. A great grass cutting beer.

Original review: 6/6/11. Another cheap beer provided by my bro-in-law. Poured into a glass. Pours a pale gold. No head. Scents of lime, lemon, rice. Mouth is sharp with good carbonation. Easy gulper. Flavor isn’t too bad. I like the lime characteristic, but the rest of it is just plain weak. Cheap grains like rice and corn make up the most of it. The lime addition steps this one just a cut above the regular Ultra, but this is still something I’d avoid in the future.

I hear they torture people in China by forcing them to drink this. Seriously same old same old take said light beer and add fake lime

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2013 Bottle. Clear very light yellow pour with a white head. Aroma is lime juice and window cleaner. Possibly the thinnest palate I’ve ever experienced. Flavor is very watery with a touch of lime - wouldn’t be all that different than putting a lime wedge in a glass of water. Bleh.
