mhelgason (415), Charlotte, North Carolina, USA May 2, 2008 clear golden body. okay so less fake lime sweet then miller chill. I am not saying that this is good...just not candy flavored. Actually clean aroma and flavor. very short duration. not terrible
merlin48 (328), Henderson, Kentucky, USA Jul 21, 2008 Bottle pours a transparent body slightly shaded pale yellow. White head appears for about eight seconds before vanishing forever. Aroma has some fresh lime and saltines, not bad until I remember this is a beer. Very watery and fizzy in the mouth. Taste is lemon Pez candy, tonic water, Zesta saltines, and a hint of lime. This one is interesting but a long way short of succeeding as a beer. puzzl (1651), New York, New York, USA Jul 20, 2008 Drank in the world’s first ever Blind Lime Beer Tasting, including Bud Light Lime, Michelob Ultra-Lime Cactus, Miller Chill, and Steelback Tango. This was an easy last in my book, though ended up coming in 2nd (best) overall. Very sweet, fake lime aroma with HFCS and cough syrup. No head at all. Extremely lime-y, distinctly disgusting, makes me want to vomit. I managed two sips of this beauty. Gypsy19 (163), AMERICA RISING, USA Jul 19, 2008 This tastes very much like ginger ale. Other than that there’s nothing much to describe other than to say that it has even less flavor than I’d expected. This stuff is ultra-weak. ratman197 (2190), Arvada, Colorado, USA Jul 18, 2008 Bottle poured a clear yellow with a small quickly dissapating white head. Aromas of sweet lime, light cactus and a hint of bread. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of sweet lime and light straw with a crisp dry sweet finish. rkuhnel (980), Eureka, California, USA Jul 17, 2008 I am really amazed that people buy the stuff (yes I know I did but then I a ratings geek).
light yellow, nose of lemonade, no foam and mo lacing.
Fizzy mouthfeel, and flavor of limeade, and the finish is sour.
Pretty grim.
