12oz bottle poured in a pilsener glass (yes, I AM being optimistic.) Somebody melted down watermelon Jolly Ranchers and brewed beer out of them. At least that’s what it smells like. The aroma is extremely strong. There is nothing subtle about this beer’s nose. If this beer was a person it would be Jewish! It looks liek any other marco-brewed pale lager. It is light straw colored with a giant artificial looking head. The taste is surprisingly non-offensive considering the smell. There is no body to speak of (expected from a Michelob Ultra) and the taste is almost saved by the pomegranate. With the pomegranate the raspberry would be overwhelming pushing this syrupy artificial beer straight into the realm of Smirnoff Twisters and other such malt beverages. This is a drain pour but barely, oh so barely, better than the cactus lime version.

tastes like unsweetened raspberry tea, the only thing close to resembling beer is the color. Sure to be a big hit with high school kids

Bottle. So this looks somewhat like a macro offering... really pale gold/straw color. Really fizzy head. Nose is fruity... that’s it. Mosly raspberry, but that may be my limited experience with pomegranates coming back to bite me. If you asked me, it smells like a raspberry flavored Clearly Canadian or New York Seltzer. Flavor is horrendous. Soapy, fruity and WEAK. I bet this is a real hit in the right market... I mean, if I didn’t like beer, this would be great. Down the drain it goes!

12oz bottle. the worst in this trilogy of horror. the first two were bad, no doubt, however this was even worse. mostly because you could tell it was beer. the other two taste like smirnoff ice or something like it. this was mich ultra with raspberry syrup. just absolutely horrible.

12 oz bottle- poured a transparent yellow, fizzy head that disappeared quickly, heavy carbonation. Mild aroma of sugar and fruit. Hits the mouth with heavy carbonation, no body, no finish, tastes like sparkling wine, kind of a dry finish. Too bad I’m supposed to be drinking BEER!!! What am I going to do with the other 5 now!

[bottle] Sweet, artifical fruit aroma. Pungent chemicals. Pours an ultra-clear yellow color, with a decent sticky white head. Thin, watery flavors, with a hint of beer-like character. Sweet, cloying fruit flavors dominate, making this more of a beery fruit soda.

more cherry aroma than raspberry, soda pop like, not much flavor after initial taste, didn’t expect much, wasn’t disappointed

Smells just like a cherry soda. Sticky white head lasted for a while then died. This is nowhere near as sweet as i thought it would be. Very dry finish. Watered down flavor. Does not taste like it smells. I thought this would be more like a dessert beer: sickening sweet but good for one. I was wrong. Pass!!!
