COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Michelob ULTRA Pomegranate Raspberry delivers a unique berry aroma that finishes with a hint of pomegranate. Drink Michelob ULTRA Fruit Pomegranate Raspberry with marinated pork and fresh vegetables. The subtle hint of berry in the beer plays off the tenderness of the meat.
Formerly known as 9th Street Market Pomegranate Raspberry.

Bottled. Very pale yellow, no head. Artificial marachino aroma followed up by plastic and saccharine. Then glue and DrPepper takes over for a while before it mercifully fades out in a swamp of raspberry syrup. God help me.

(12oz bottle, courtesy of Mora2000) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of grain and some fruit notes. Flavor of artificial fruit and grain with a fizzy mouthfeel.

Clear glass bottle from Hi-Time. Aroma as advertised; a bit more pom than ras. Golden color with a white head that left rapidly while trying to lace in a spotty fashion. Thin body with creamy/fizzy carbonation. A bit corny; overlaid with fruit flavors - more rasp than pom. Finish is ok, primarily raspberry seed, and not so sweet as it tasted at first. No hint of hop bitter, but then this is from AB.

A: The pour is about as light as yellow can get with a white head that dies nearly instantaneously. S: Sweet, sugary, fake raspberries come through immediately. The slightly tart pomegranate comes next, but that is sweetened up as well. Definitely fruity... T: The fruit flavor is nearly completely masked by the overwhelming carbonation. Tonic water with a splash of raspberry flavoring. M: The body is light, very light, and the carbonation is excessive, to say the least. D: This isn’t offensive, at least, but it would be cheaper to just buy a bottle of flavored soda or tonic water.

Name: Michelob Ultra Pomegranate Raspberry
Date: 06/06/2008
Mode: Bottle
Source: Total Wine, GA

Appearance: clear yellow, fine white head, drippy bits of lace,
Aroma: big sweet fruity aroma with a nice raspberry tartness, candy sweetness like a fruit rollup,
Flavor: sweet fruit flavor, just a touch of raspberry tartness balances the sweetness, very little hops or bitterness,
Overall: basically a fruit soda, not bad as a soda, not much for a beer,

Bottle from Kroger. Poured clear golden color with a large fizzy white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Moderate sweet fruity aroma. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with light sweet finish of short duration. This beer did meet my expectations after the other version.

Bottle @ gmellison. Thanks Homer. Pours a clear, light yellow appearance with a spritzy white head. Fake, raspberry Italian Ice aroma. Spritzy soda flavor. Raspberry, cranberry taste. Just like a soda with some fruited vodka. Not horrible.

Bottle… Clear, straw-colored lager with a small, fizzy, white head. Decent retention. Fruity, raspberry nose. Sweet, thin, raspberry flavor. Light-bodied with fizzy carbonation. Crisp, gently sweet, fruity finish.

Very light pour. Aroma of berries and nasty light beer. Flavor is the same. This is really not good. Not under any circumstances.
