Poured clear bright golden with a dusting of white head. The aroma picked up sickeningly sweet orange and grapefruit meat (mostly grapefruit) on a pale malt base. The flavor had more artificial sweetener than the nose, accenting orange and grapefruit notes.. light pale malt and wheaty base. Very light-bodied and spritzy on the palate (enough to make it hard to drink).. artificially-sweetened blood oranges on the short finish. Not much going for it. tronraner (1939), Seymour, Tennessee, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Aug 15, 2007 Bottle, from a friend who couldn’t get rid of it. Pours clear light gold with really small head. The aroma is somewhere between generic orange soda and Fresca. The flavor is like very, very watered down orange soda, but with some stale grain in the aftertaste. This is bad stuff. I do have to say, though, that it doesn’t have overtly offensive notes like I was expecting. The fruity soda elements mask the horribleness of the beer, I guess. patrick767 (2058), fort wayne, Indiana, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | Jul 25, 2008 bottle - They took a very watery beer and added a sizeable amount of orange and grapefruit flavor. It made me think of wine coolers though thankfully not quite that sweet. It’s a light, watery, thoroughly mediocre beer. Why bother? Headbanger (1601), Aurora, Illinois, USA

Aroma of orange, citrus, and grapefruit. Taste of a mixture with a little tartness like grapefruit. Not very tasty. This light bodied brew is very weak and tasteless compared to the other Ultra flavors. blklab2007 (987), Connecticut, USA

| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Jan 10, 2009 Pours a wonderful girly pale clear yellow with a head that surprisingly last more than 5 minutes even though its only 3/8" thick. aroma of fruit, oranges and lemons, and memories of Zima. Tastes like pale bitter orange lemon water. Palate is foregttable, just like the many women who would drink this. My overall impression is that this suckes, which it generally does do. jeff789 (429), Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 5/10 | 1/5 | 7/20 | Oct 22, 2008 Refreshing, except for that noticable bland american beer flavor that cuts through the flavorful orange grapefruit flavor... Good for what it is... Bad if you compare it to actual beers... watson1977 (282), , Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 7/20 | Feb 5, 2009 pours very pale yellow...so pale i’m not sure if they used malt or just water and yellow #5. thin white head with no retention. smells just like orange soda which is pretty good though not much like beer. the orange falvor is noticeable and not to sweet but other than that the best i can say for the flavor (or lack there of) is that it wasn’t particularly offensive. very watery mouthfeel with an extremely abrupt finish. this may be a refreshing hair of the dog breakfast drink?
