This beer is smooth enough to carry the Michelob name? Well, it is smooth, I guess.

Clear yellow with white transient head. Grass and metal. Light grainy flavor. Crisp finish if consumed quickly out of a fridge. Gets a higher overall impression rating because I bought this intentionally. I’m getting into shape and and minimizing my carbohydrates and calories, for now. If I wanted or expected a flavorful, full bodied beer, I wouldn’t waste my money on this. But because it suits my purposes, it gets a ratings boost.

Well... I suppose when you have to, it’s a fairly clean, not horrifying light beer to swallow down.

Like they say about Los Angeles "there’s no there there" that applies to this beer, but not LA

For a low calorie, light beer, this is not too bad, it is very thin, and is a pale see-through color when poured in a glass. It is also cheap and easy to find. Probably the best mass-produced light beer I have had.

Yes I drank Mich Ultra... but it was at a friend’s house and this is all he had! Kept it next to his protein and low carb this and no fat that. Surprisingly not as terrible as I thought, yet still should not be called beer.

24 ounce bottle. Pours a very clear and very pale straw color with a medium head, piss poor head retention and lacing. Is this beer? Aroma is sweet malts and corn. Taste is grass, corn, soda water. Thin. Watery. Meh.

Why? I can’t even justify it to you. Clear pale yellow pour that screams watered down, little carbonation. Aroma is tap water and barley and malts. Taste is water and a little bit of malt. Never again.
