1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20 Kinz (2694) - Glen Allen, Virginia, USA - JUL 27, 2008
When I went to look up my non-existant rating for Michelob Light, I discovered I also had never rated Michelob Ultra. At the in-law’s place this weekend, and discovered an un-opened 12 pack that a visitor had abandoned at their place a while back, still in the fridge. So for the sake of getting the rating in, I passed over a bottle of Blue Mountain Full Nelson IPA and picked up this. At least it wasn’t totally awful. Pale, fizzy yellow. Faint aroma of adjunct driven "select grains." Flavor was slightly grainy, some adjuncts, and that strange berry flavor I find sometimes in A-B light products, I suspect from the yeast and adjunct mix. Better than the Coors low-carb light offering at least.
0.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20 Gusler (2655) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - OCT 13, 2003
Well, what can I say, over at a friends house fixing his computer(s), and he offered me a beer, well not to be rude I excepted knowing it would be something like this, goes to show you that "No Good Deed Goes Unpunished".
On the pour a lucent gold color, the head modest in size and white in color, the texture frothy and the lace a very thin sheet. Nose is crisp and clean, the start slightly sweet, top cadaverous. Finish stinging in its acidity, hops scarce, dry and a totally forgettable beer.

This is the least flavor of a beer that I've ever had. It has a tiny bit of that nuttiness that regular Michelob has, but it's so faint that you really have to be looking for it to notice it. It does have a little bit of a citrusy character to it that almost gives it character, but really it tastes kind of like city water.

Decent schwill beer very similar to good old fashioned water and a lower calorie count than a soda
1.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 Bockyhorsey (2590) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - APR 3, 2005
My friends and I had a pitcher of this while eating chicken wings at Hooters. At the time I had this one aroma buds were shot. Yellow color and had a white head. As for flavor and palate. Beer was good enough to wash down the wings.

pretty watery brew with subtle grainy flavors...doesn't even really satisfy the craving for beer...even if the craving is for shitty beer, this beer just doesnt do anything...however, it is unoffensive in that respect, so its not all bad.

Bottle at GABF. Sweet! Pours amazingly looking like cheap ginger ale. Slight yellow but almost clear. Nose is virtually non-existent, maybe some grain? Taste is much the same. Incredibly clean and fizzy. Inoffensive as possible. Interesting.
