This stuff is kinda like water with alcohol in it. I guess for what it is it’s actually pretty good. Only drink it if you are on a diet but then again if your on a diet you probobly shouldn’t be drinking beer.

Thought it might help me look better like the models in the ads, but it did nothing for me. I’ve had flavored water with more taste and substance. The ladies at work who recommended this might want to differ, but I’m not a fan by any stretch.

Poured a brilliant white-gold with a thick pillowy head. The aroma is... well, there isn’t one. Tatse was clean no malt presence to speak of. A ghostly feel of hoppy bitterness in the finish took me off guard. This must be a very cheap beer to produce. The water/malt ratio must be 10/1. You can probibly make four batches of this compared to one Michelob. Since there is no taste, I can’t say it tasted bad. It would be like saying "water tastes bad".

UPDATED: APR 27, 2004 Bottled (UK Version). From Wine Rack, Bourne End, Bucks. Ok... so it doesn't taste of anything, but this could be drunk all day long as it doesn't taste of much, and is far more drinkable than so much out there.

i rated this beer higher than other michelob beers because it's not as filling and when you get my age i seem to understand the concept!

so what if its low-carb, its a gimmic and a diet fad. the beer is pretty bad, but if your on the low-carb thing, this beer is for you not me

It’s golden with a wehak head. In fact everything about it is weak, both the slightly malty and flowery aroma and flavour, and the complete lack of bitterness must make it ideal for everyone, that really doesn’t like beer. Flawless as such, just very uninspiring.

Another "fun" reviewer... to say I am "sessioning" this is to say one is taste-testing a chicken nugget...sad when a beer’s advertisiements actually DO approximate what to expect from the taste...sparkling translucent effervescent yellow body with a hint of head--champagne from a distance...light hints of bread and dough, classic cereal....a bit of chemical cleanliness? Light watery body that bubbles around the tongue--fleeting in presence...the beechwood aging appellationwould best apply here...refreshing is the commercial (and euphemistic) word for anything this "ultra"...no surprises: a beer that somehow manages a measly amount of carbs and sacrifices a ton of character possibilities for a chance to be consumed in mass quantities by club-hopping hipsters (or so notes the commercials)...and I’m strangely okay with that, from this distance...
