jodyperkins (64), Mississippi, USA Sep 15, 2007 Poured from a bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a nice foamy head. Weak aroma of sweet corn and malt. The beer fills the mouth nicely and would be great to drink if it wasn’t for the dry and sharply bitter finish.
Not the best beer but one of AB’s better brews.
PolakPorter (50), , Illinois, USA Aug 19, 2008 Cleaner tasting Budweiser. Not much cleaner. Just a little. Still sucks. I’m surprised to see some people actually enjoy it SturmWulf (63), USA Aug 16, 2008 A nice aroma of cereal, corn and grass. I’m not a big lager fan but this smelled good. Poured a very pale yellow, very clear, with a nice foamy head that lasted a long time. Left nice lacing. A flavor of sweet malt and strong bitter hops. Medium body, slightly heavier than medium body, lively carbonation with a long bitter finish. Served at 40 degrees in a stein. Not bad for a lager. A good beer by AB. I’m more of a stout and porter fan, but if I were to drink a lager I would choose this one if no micros available. One of the better macros. RONCOD (65), Pennsylvania, USA Aug 15, 2008 Clear yellow with white fluffy head. Little hop flavor. OK, but I’ve had better. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Aug 13, 2008 Name: Michelob Lager

BlackDonald (1040), North Carolina, USA Aug 8, 2008 Not the worst thing on the market, and I would drink this before I would drink Budweiser. Smooth and crisp, but overcarbonated. Sweet adjuncty malt profile, but not as bad as some others. watery but drinkable in a pinch.
