Bottle. Thanks Pivnizub. Grainy and fresh herbal aroma. Pale golden, layering head. Nicely balanced between light sweet cake malt and a fulfilling hop profile with a dry finish. Good chewy body, sparkly moutheel. Schönes Bier -Danke Günther!

pivnizub (10186) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - OCT 14, 2006
Bottle (purchased in Michelstadt): Golden coloured, huge fluffy white head, that diminishes slowly; distinctive sweet-malty, a bit bready-grainy nose with some (noble-)hoppy edges; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, solid malty base, light to nearly medium bodied; malty-grainy finish with detectable aromatic hops in the aftertaste. Wow, very far above the average of gruesome german Pilseners ! Nemecke pivo, cislo 1000 !

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body under a minimal sized white head. The aroma is lighlty fruity and piney, with grass and some hay and pale malts. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, with pine cones, some flowers and lemon peel, and hay-ish pale malts. Medium body, quite dry, and with a pleasant carbonation level. Bitter and fruity finish. A really pleasant pilsner, tasteful, refreshing and easy drinkabler. 130216

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear pale yellow ith a creamy white head. Malty base with a nice sweetness, balancing the dry, grassy and resiny hop flavours very well.

(bottle, bought at Michelstadt) Typical Pilsener appearance with a clear, pale golden colour ans a firm and fluffy, slowly lacing foamy white head. Sweet malty, grainy aroma with a tinge of honey and light herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, grainy, slightly honeyish taste, light to medium bodied, crispy mouthfeel; medium-dry, slightly sweet and bitter, light hoppy finish. Decent brew, which has some qualities of a Helles.

Bottle. Golden, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty - grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, light grassy hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light grassy hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - grainy and dryish, light metal and light - some grassy hoppyness. OK dryish German pils.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig hopfig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig bitter, getreidig, grasig.

50cl bottle bb01/2016, courtesy of Mister_Li I believe. - damp grass and dust in aroma, nomansland hayish mid, pronounced vegetable/flower stem bitterness lingers. Missing some elegance, although all elements are in place.
