Commercial Description:
American wheat and hops give it its unique flavor. This style is a light, refreshing ale with a crisper, almost pilsner/lager-like flavor and appearance that is somewhat fruity and ideal for a summer’s afternoon. A bit more hoppy than its German counterpart, yet similar in ABV at 5.5%.

I think this is the beer I had. Not much like a wheat beer at all. Tastes more like a crappy lager. Where is the wheat or spices or yeast or anything good?

On tap at MBC. Hazy yellow-orange body, thin, disappearing off-white head. Tangy, grassy wheat nose. Tangy, almost lemony body, grassy, with hay and esters. Light clove. Finishes bitter. Refreshing, simple beer.
