[Bottle] Pours a golden color with a slight amount of haze to it. Quickly receding soapy head. Aroma of yeast, residual sugars and light spice. The taste is of coriander, vanilla, yeast, dough, sweet toffee and light fruits. Dry finish. Lingering alcohol warming. Could have been a little more refined, but otherwise not too bad.

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemon, coriander, and peaches. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, coriander, and lemons, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

12oz bottle from blutt59, thanks Bob! Pours a crystal clear, pale yellow colored body with a finger-width, fizzy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is somewhat sweet and grainy with a light coriander, clove, Belgian yeast, banana ester, grassy spice, bread, and lemon. Flavor is similar, but a bit too sweet. Grainy, sweet bready malts up front with some candi sugar. Some light spices, Belgian yeast esters, grass, and a bit of an alcohol phenol before this finishes somewhat dry, but fairly sweet and a bit cloying, yet spicy with a light bitterness. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and moderate carbonation. Overall, the ratings for this seem to be all over the place and I guess I can see why. It has an odd mix of sweet and spicy with a slightly out of whack alcohol. This wasn’t terrible, but it never came together for me.
