A clear light golden yellow color with a small white head that recedes quickly. Flavor is sweet initially, then a definite taste of alcohol. I enjoyed this $1.69 bottle of Belgium Ale with a nice 8%!

Pours light, clear, golden with a thin film white head. Aroma of nectarine, apple, and other citrus fermentingly rich fruit. Mild lacing and almost no exhibition of carbonation. Flavor is of rich, rotten, thick and sugary, fermenting fruit. Mouthfeel is syrupy and only takes a small bit of effort to swallow. Finish is sweet, rich andf foamy, weak-fruit with a hint of bitter peel.

Bottle.<br />Pours a nice, lively golden amber/yellow with an aroma of coriander, candy, and sugar. Flavor is floral lemongrass and candy. Average mouthfeel. Not bad, but it was better when Celis himsef brewed it.
